- You must have a valid, state-issued photo ID such as a driver's license or a valid federal government-issued photo ID such as a military ID or a passport.
- Expired IDs are not valid and CANNOT be used.
- Documents to be notarized must be in your possession.
- Many documents require a witness. Your witness must be present at the time of signing.
- All payments must be made in cash at the time of signing.
- If the documents have been signed prior to the notary's arrival, we are forbidden by law to notarize them and will be unable to help you.
